What is the best membership plan for beginners?

For beginners, we recommend our Basic Plan. We go at your pace. Many of our clients are/were beginners (the cool thing is you can't tell anymore)

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No, we offer flexible membership plans with no long-term contracts.

Can I try out the studio before committing to a membership?

Yes! We offer a free trial pass so you can experience our studio and classes before committing to a membership. Contact us to schedule your visit.

What happens if I miss a session?

Don't worry, your sessions roll over and we can just reschedule. Often our clients move to a later time in the day. We ask for upfront communication so we can support in making any needed adjustmetns.

How do I schedule my sessions?

We have an app where you can go on and self schedule. Our fitness professionals are always happy to help as well. Scheduling is first come first serve and you can book out your sessions in advance. We do not do drop in sessions - our trainers to have to prepare in order to make sure we get your sessions right.

During my lifetime of fitness, there has been one thing that has been most consistent, and that is that ALL of my efforts to improve my overall. fitness level have been inconsistent. Being in my early 50's, it was becoming more and more obvious that the weight was harder and harder to keep off. I needed to do something different. After a quick search online I found Apex Fitness in Prosper, and I liked the idea of having a smaller more focused group to workout with. I have always loathed large gym memberships, and so this was a good start. I stopped by and had a good conversastion with Brad. I really liked the idea of focusing on resistance/strength training and keeping track of calories while performing cardio on your own time. I was able to convince my wife to join with me so we could help keep each other accountable. Being in our early 50's we both had concerns with various pains and injuries we had. The approach that Apex uses is to zero in on the smallest movements during strength training and focusing on movements that need the most improvement. This has really helped our specific injuries by increasing muscle in the supporting areas. We are now into almost 4 months of training, and I am absolutely blown away with the results. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to my strength training sessions, and it has become a healthy addiction. I have lost 15lbs and gained substancial muscle. More importantly, my cholesterol has dropped almost 40 points, and all of my reent blood work showed that everything is now back within normal rangegs (for the first time in as long as I can remember).
